About Barskey Properties

Turning Vision into Reality. Creating Calm for You.

A boutique real-estate agency in the heart of Jerusalem’s Haredi neighbourhoods — uncompromising expertise, a premium framework, and complete peace of mind, all the way to the key.

Simcha Barskey

Founder & Owner | Barskey Properties

My name is Simcha Barskey, founder and owner of Barskey Properties. For over a decade, our office has led the real-estate market in the prestigious, central neighbourhoods of Haredi Jerusalem — from Romema, Belz, Gush 80 and Kiryat Sanz, through Geula and Makor Baruch, to Ma’alot Dafna and Sanhedria.

For us, every deal begins with deep listening. We turn over every stone to reach the true root of the client’s need. Whether it is a rooted Jerusalem family that needs more space, or overseas residents from the US and Europe looking to put down deep roots in the holy city — we speak your language, understand your communal nuances, and act from a genuine sense of mission.

Our success is measured not only in closed deals, but in the ability to look our clients in the eye — in the street, in shul or in the supermarket — and see their light and their calm. That is why senior professionals trust us to find solutions where others give up, and why virtually all of our business comes from returning clients and referrals. We invite you to an experience of service, professionalism and luxury at a level you have not encountered before.

The Barskey Advantage — Our Three Pillars

Exclusive Representation for Maximum Results

We work only with properties listed exclusively with us. This model lets us devote 100% of our attention, resources and commitment to every client, and to lead a focused, precise process free of background noise — one that produces the best possible result.

"Zoom-Out" Negotiation

We bring a different approach to the table. Instead of getting stuck on isolated price gaps, we analyse the genuine needs of each side, find creative solutions to every obstacle, and build deals that are stable and strong.

A Complete Professional Framework

From Anglo professionals to a deep grasp of the nuances of every chassidus and community, we place an extensive network at your disposal — leading lawyers, mortgage advisors, architects and contractors — all to ensure a smooth, secure process.

Our Credo

Our Vision. Your Peace of Mind.

For most people, real estate is a business of walls, contracts and numbers. For me, real estate is a business of people, of families, and of entire lives.

My name is Simcha Barskey, and for over a decade I have lived and breathed the real-estate market in the Haredi and central neighbourhoods of Jerusalem. Over those years, I have guided hundreds of families. I have seen the worries, the fear of taking the big step, and the challenge of finding the most precise place to raise the next generation.

My credo is simple: there is no such thing as “impossible,” and there is a solution to every challenge. The role of my team and me at Barskey Properties is not just to show you an apartment — it is to take you by the hand on a journey. To deeply understand the nuances of your community, to be there when the doubts surface, to coordinate the lawyers and mortgage advisors for you, and to negotiate from a wide, wise perspective.

I believe in working exclusively, because that is the only way to give each client 100% attention, dedication and premium-level professionalism.

The moments that truly move me — the ones that give me the drive to get up every morning — are not the moments of signing the contract or receiving the fee. The real moments are meeting you, our clients, in the street, the supermarket or shul, months or years after the deal: seeing the light in the eyes of a mother who was finally able to expand her home, or of a couple who found peace of mind in a home tailored exactly to their needs.

My mission is to give you the very best advice, without compromise, until you arrive safely home.
