Real Estate Brokerage Disclosure
Under the Real Estate Brokers Law, 5756-1996
1. Brokerage License
Barskey Properties operates under a real estate brokerage license as required by the Real Estate Brokers Law.
2. Brokerage Fees
Brokerage services involve a brokerage fee. The fee amount will be determined in a separate brokerage agreement signed before service begins.
3. Representation
The broker may also represent the other party in the transaction (buyer and seller). In such cases, prior notice will be given.
4. Broker Responsibility
The broker is responsible for presenting the property as described by the owner. The buyer must inspect the property independently and/or through professionals.
5. Due Diligence
It is strongly recommended to conduct full due diligence before any real estate transaction, including:
- Land registry (Tabu) verification
- Debts and levies check
- Building permits verification
- Legal advice from a real estate attorney
