1. General

Barskey Properties ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of users of barskey.co.il ("the Website"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property preferences (neighborhood, price, rooms, deal type — buy/sell/rent)
  • Conversation content with the AI agent (Barskey AI), including everything you typed during the chat
  • CVs and files attached to careers application forms
  • Browsing data: IP address (stored only as a truncated one-way hash), browser + OS fingerprint, the page you opened the chat from
  • Referral attribution when you arrived via an agent's share link
  • Cookies and browser local-storage (see Cookies Policy)

3. How We Use Information

  • Responding to property inquiries
  • Improving our service and website
  • Sending relevant updates (with consent only)
  • Complying with legal requirements

4. Information Sharing & Data Processors

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Information may be shared with the following providers, solely for the purpose of operating the service:

  • Vercel (USA) — website hosting, serverless functions, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights
  • Sanity (Europe) — content management system; also stores leads, chat transcripts, and CVs
  • Homely / Webtiv (Israel) — our CRM, including full lead details
  • Webtiv (Israel) — property data feed
  • Anthropic (USA) — processing AI agent conversations. Conversation content is not used to train models.
  • Resend (USA) — sending email notifications to our team and managing the newsletter audience

5. Data Retention

Lead details are kept in our CRM for up to 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Conversations with our AI agent (Barskey AI) are also stored privately, for up to one year, for quality control, lead follow-up, and service improvement — together with any identifying details you shared during the chat. IP addresses are stored only in truncated, one-way-hashed form for abuse prevention, and the original address cannot be reconstructed.

6. Data Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS and a Content Security Policy (CSP). We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no security system is impenetrable.

7. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981), you have the right to:

  • Review information collected about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Withdraw consent to receive marketing

8. Minors

The website is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
