Cookies Policy

Updated: May 2026

1. What Are Cookies and Storage Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. The website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage — local browser storage mechanisms that are not sent to the server. All are used to improve your browsing experience and remember your preferences.

2. What We Actually Use

Functional Storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)

  • barskey:fav:v1 Properties you favorited (heart). Stored only on your device.
  • barskey:agent Agent attribution (set only if you arrived via one of our agents' share links).
  • cookies-accepted Your cookie banner consent choice.
  • chat-engaged-until, chat-promo-silent-until, chat-promo-next-at, chat-promo-shown-count AI agent state: whether you opened it (silences proactive popups for 30 days), when the next popup is scheduled, and how many popups have been shown this session.
  • chat-session-id A random ID that links your chat messages into one conversation. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • accessibility-settings Your accessibility menu preferences (font size, contrast, color modes).

Analytics (Cookieless)

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services do not use cookies and do not create persistent user identifiers — they measure anonymized traffic only.

What We Don't Use

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or marketing / cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Managing and Deletion

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Deleting will reset your favorites list, cookie consent, and accessibility preferences.
